Chrissy Guest

Chrissy studied art and Design, as a mature student at Brighton University, she majored in ceramics, and graduated in 1999.

She paints mainly Abstract or Semi- abstract paintings on canvas. This year she has drawn inspiration from the stunning Sussex Coastline and Downs.
In May 2008 she won a contract with a publisher for her work to front some of their ‘top end’ publications.  Her work has also recently been purchased by a London Arthouse Company which hires artwork to clients for the TV, Film and other media industry.

Chrissy was short listed as 'Brighton’s Artist of the Year' in August 2006, and her paintings are currently in private collections in USA, Japan, Switzerland, France and the UK.

Examples of her larger pieces of work are currently being exhibited at Pizza Express, Lewes. She has also exhibited for a number of years at Brighton's Artists Open Houses.
